Using Virtual Server, Check your VM Additions

If your doing any work with Virtual Server make sure you check the VM Additions and make sure they are current.  Having old VM additions can cause your VM to run really slow!

Also, check if you are running the latest stuff which is Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1.

Another thing to note is if you plan to upgrade to this version make sure you have completely shutdown any running virtual machines.  Don't just save state because when you restart after the upgrade it will likely not be able to re-load your saved state.
